Warehouse Operative – Daventry
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced fulfilment centre based in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation supporting leading e-commerce and retail brands.
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £13.50 per hour
Working Hours:
· Mixed shifts (Days & Afternoons)
· Monday to Sunday operation
· Any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
Key Responsibilities:
· Picking and packing customer orders accurately
· Receiving and storing incoming goods
· Preparing items for dispatch
· Carrying out quality checks on products
· Supporting general warehouse duties as required
· Working to targets in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
· Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
· Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
· Good attention to detail and accuracy
· Reliable with a strong work ethic
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
