Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (30 min unpaid lunch + two 10 min paid breaks)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
We’re currently recruiting for a hands-on Production Operative to join a busy rural-based manufacturing site on a Temp to Perm basis. Due to the location, you must be able to drive to access the site.
This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive, long-standing team — once permanent, you’ll be upskilled across departments and fully trained on both Reach and Counterbalance FLT, which comes with a pay increase.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Labelling, sampling, and decanting liquids into containers
· Mixing solutions as part of the production process
· Moving drums (up to 200kg – pivoting/twisting required)
· Manual lifting of up to 30kg
· Completing basic quality and quantity checks
· Recording stock codes and data (basic computer input)
· Rotating through departments based on workload
· Following health & safety procedures at all times
What You’ll Need:
o Must be able to drive – rural location
o Good basic Maths, English and computer skills
o Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items
o Cannot have asthma or back conditions (due to fumes/lifting)
o Willing to learn and work across multiple production areas

· £12.75/hour starting pay
