Monday – Friday
Week 1 – 06:00 – 14:00
Week 2 – 14:00 – 22:00
Salary: £12.50 per hour + £10.00 shift allowance
Saturday overtime – £18.31 per hour
Sunday overtime -£24.42 per hour
We are looking for a Production Operative / Manufacturer for a leading global supplier of advanced materials and tooling solutions used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, marine, and wind energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment
- Mixing, cutting, and preparing materials for production processes
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and production procedures carefully
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically capable of manual handling and standing for extended periods
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with composite materials or industrial manufacturing processes
- Forklift licence
- Experience working with mixing, machining, or material preparation equipment
