365 People are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Laser Operator on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Coventry.

The Role
As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating laser cutting machinery within a busy manufacturing environment, ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Duties include:
· Operating laser cutting machinery.
· Loading and unloading materials.
· Monitoring machine performance and production quality.
· Carrying out quality inspections.
· Reading and following production schedules.
· Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
· Working independently as part of the night shift team.
Training
Successful candidates will complete approximately one week of paid training on the day shift before transferring to the permanent night shift.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
· Have previous laser operating or manufacturing experience.
· Have experience operating Trumpf laser machines (desirable but not essential).
· Are reliable with excellent attendance.
· Can work independently and use their own initiative.
· Have a positive attitude and are looking for a long-term opportunity.
