- £33,000 – £50,000 D.O.E + uncapped commission

Hours:
- Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 17:00, Friday 08:00 – 16:00 (39 hours per week)
Reporting to:
- Directors
Main Duties and Responsibilities (but not restricted to):
- Working closely with the Branch Managers, you will be responsible for delivering weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Working closely with the central team (Marketing and Payroll) ensuring the delivery of company ethos, culture and branding.
- Proactively looking at short, medium and long term strategies and goals across the business to enhance and increase performance, efficiency and results.
- Build, support, train and coach a sales team.
- Identify new opportunities within branch network.
- Identify new opportunities in key locations to expand our branch network.
- Arranging and attending sales meetings, supporting your Branch Managers with both new and existing clients and be the face of the business.
- Maintaining an up-to-date CRM system across your team, documenting client interactions and activities. You will use this to ensure that your team are generating enough leads and attending enough appointments to satisfy individual and team sales targets.
- Responsible for supporting individuals and teams to meet sales targets.
- Ensure our company values are upheld, adhered to and driven by you to maintain, develop and enhance our company values, our reputation and our brand.
- Encouraging a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey for all
stakeholders. - Regular branch visits throughout the network.
Essential experience, skills and knowledge required for the role:
- Possess a good level of commercial acumen and be client focussed
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Industrial or Transport Recruitment Sector.
- Previous demonstrable experience of winning business and delivering a quality service.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
