Our client based in Leicestershire is looking for CNC Setters/Operators keen to learn and develop their skills as a Vertical Borer.
You will be using a range of CNC and Manual controlled machinery.
Shifts:
- Monday – Thursday
- Overtime available Fridays and weekends
- Rotating fortnightly shift pattern – 06.00 – 15.45 & 15.45 – 01.45
About you:
- Self motivated with a professional attitude
- Able to use own initiative and problem solve effectively
- Experience of working in a close tolerance Aerospace environment
- CNC and manual machining experience
- Experience using Fanuc machine controls
About the role:
- Interpreting engineering drawings
- Setting and operating a variety of CNC and Manual machines
- Producing precision machined components and tooling items
- Checking the quality of components
- Experience in carrying out first line maintenance of the machines
