365 People are recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers for an established transport operation based at Prologis Park, Coventry, CV6.
We are looking for reliable and experienced drivers for ongoing work, with Temp to Perm opportunities available for the right candidates.
PAY RATES – PAYE
Monday–Friday Days: £15.45ph basic / £17.31ph including holiday pay
Monday–Friday Nights: £16.34ph basic / £18.31ph including holiday pay
Saturday: £18.38ph basic / £20.60ph including holiday pay
Sunday & Bank Holidays: £20.12ph basic / £22.55ph including holiday pay
Night Out: £25.00
Day rate: 06:00–17:59 Night rate: 18:00–05:59
THE WORK
Class 1 depot-to-depot trunking No handball Live loading & trailer swaps 24-hour operation with various start times Days, nights & weekends available Occasional night-out runs to Scotland Modern fleet, including gas-powered vehicles No driving assessment Paid on-site induction Ongoing / Temp to Perm opportunities
Start times are available throughout the day and night, with particular demand for drivers who can cover 13:00–23:00 starts.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 12 months’ Class 1 experience Maximum 6 points for minor offences Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card Reliable and professional approach PAYE only – no LTD drivers
