Operation & Procedures Manager
Craig and Paul were keen to utilise Shona’s expertise in purchasing, growth management, procedure implementation, design and social media marketing.
Since joining the 365 People team in 2022 our branding has been second to none and Shona has made a significant difference with some minor operational and procedure changes.
What do you do at 365 People?
A bit of everything! My daily tasks vary between creating procedures, documentation and policies to designing and managing our social media and branding.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
I love the variation of my job. Every day is different and I get to be involved in building the 365 People brand. I am also very fortunate that I get to go to work with my husband and best friend (Ralph the Cavapoo).
What do you like to do outside of work?
My favourite thing to do outside of work is go for a long dog walk in the woodlands, preferably followed by a coffee and cake at a cute cafe! When I’m not out with Ralph you’ll often find me decorating or shopping for our home.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
Ability to freeze time! I would love a few extra hours here and there to get my jobs done while the world stands still.
What’s a fun fact about you?
I lived in Ireland as a child and used to have an Irish accent, sadly you wouldn’t detect it anymore!
