Recruitment Consultant (Transport)

Natalia started with 365 People at the beginning of 2022 and is currently undertaking a recruitment apprenticeship within 365 People. Natalia assists the Transport team with resourcing, business development. administration and compliance.

What do you do at 365 People?
My job includes, registering drivers, sorting compliance and admin, speaking to clients, sorting the plan, speaking to drivers, speaking to prospects, sales, calculating charge rates.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
Speaking to drivers and going to see clients.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Horse ride, go on long walks and enjoy spending time with my friends and family.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
I would love to be able to grant wishes to people.
What is a fun fact about you?
I used to be a Horse Riding Instructor and I am half Ukrainian.
