Transport Division Manager
Introduction:
Natalia started with 365 People at the beginning of 2022 as an apprentice. She is now the Transport Division Manager, predominantly covering the East and West Midlands area; making sure the day to day operations of the division run smoothly.

What do you do at 365 People?
I’m the Transport Division Manager, mainly covering the Birmingham and Leicester areas. A lot of my role involves recruiting drivers, speaking with clients, and making sure everything in the team runs smoothly day to day. I also attend new client meetings and regular service meetings, while ensuring we stay fully compliant.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
I really enjoy speaking to people and building long-term relationships with both clients and drivers. No two days are the same, and it’s great seeing things come together and knowing the work we do genuinely makes a difference. It’s a very rewarding role.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I like to go to the gym and spend time with my friends and switch off. In my spare time, I spend a lot of time at the stables!
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
I’d love the power to grant wishes – it would be amazing to help people out and make a real difference.
What is a fun fact about you?
I’m related to former England goalkeeper Gordon Banks.
