What do you do at 365 People?
As regional director, every day is different. My time is split between our Leicester and Birmingham branches and I get to be involved in all aspects of branch operations supporting and guiding my fantastic teams.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
I love the fact that it is always changing, and I get to see first hand individuals and teams growing and achieving their targets.
What do you like to do outside of work?
When I’m not having fun with my friends & family, you will find me on the netball court or on the side of the Rugby pitch. I also love a random weekend away!
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
To be able to fly – have you seen the cost of petrol?!! ????
