Joe is an established recruitment manager who joined 365 People in 2022. Since then, Joe and his team have gone from strength to strength, growing the largest temporary staffing division of the 365 People Group with a well-established client base and workforce.

What do you do at 365 People?
I am Branch manager of the Leicester office. I help and guide the team with Account management, sourcing and selling. Plus various other duties.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
I most enjoy helping the team succeed and strive for personal goals in life as well as helping our candidates secure employment.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I am an avid Poker Player and enjoy the odd hack around a golf course.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
I would like the power of being in multiple places at once, this way I can do all things I want to do personally as well as getting the job done career wise.
