Business & People Manager
Introduction:
James initially joined 365 People in 2025 as Branch Manager of our Birmingham office, after just a few months with the business James was offered a Head Office opportunity which has allowed him to share his sales, business and people management skills with the rest of the teams.

What do you do at 365 People?
I am the Group business and People development manager. I work with the sales and service consultants in the business to help them develop in their roles.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
What I enjoy most is seeing people grow, whether that’s developing confidence, building skills, or progressing in their careers. Knowing I’ve played a part in someone’s development and the wider success of the business is really rewarding.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I have a one-year-old son, and I currently have several long-term projects underway for him, Project Mbappé (football), Project Lando Norris (F1), and Project Rory McIlroy (golf). Safe to say, I’m fully living my sporting dreams through him. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, days out, and holidays.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
Teleportation- So I didn’t have to sit on the M5, M6 and M54 for over 2 hours a day!
What’s a fun fact about you?
I once started a podcast called the 72 show to discuss non league football. Then I had a child and didn’t have any time to do it.
