Introduction
Jade first joined 365 People in 2023 on our Transport team. After spending some time on maternity leave to welcome her daughter, Jade came back to work in our Commercial & Professional Service Division where her previous experience has seen her thrive in both the temporary and permanent markets within this sector.

What do you do at 365 People?
I’m a Recruitment Consultant in the Commercial Division at 365 People. I partner with clients across a range of industries, supporting both temporary and permanent recruitment. My focus is on office-based roles, from business support and administration to sales, customer service, and marketing – helping businesses find the right people and helping candidates secure roles where they can really thrive.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
I’m naturally sociable and outgoing, so I genuinely love speaking to new people every day. Whether that’s candidates looking for their next step or clients needing support with their hiring. The best part is building relationships that lead to real outcomes: helping someone start a new job and a new chapter, and taking pressure off clients by making their recruitment process smoother and easier.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m very much in mum mode! I currently work part-time so I can spend lots of time with my little girl, which usually means soft play adventures, park trips, and all the chaos that comes with it.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
I’d have to say mind-reading… maybe that’s my nosy side showing! But, it would be pretty handy in recruitment – understanding exactly what people want and need would make matching candidates to the right roles even easier (and a lot quicker!).
