Introduction:
Hasan joined the 365 People Birmingham branch as an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant in 2025. He has fully immersed himself in to the recruitment world, learning how to be a 360 consultant alongside his studies.

What do you do at 365 People?
Apprentice Recruitment Consultant at 365 People, supporting clients and candidates, managing urgent bookings, interviewing individuals, and ensuring the right fit for both people and businesses.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
Working at 365 People means being valued for dedication and effort, rewarded through recognition and incentives such as fully paid holidays abroad, while being part of a supportive, close-knit team.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy staying active outside of work through football, boxing, and cricket, using sport as a positive way to switch off.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
If I had one superpower it would be to control minds as I’d be bringing in 100s of new clients on a weekly basis!
What’s a fun fact about you?
I once scored a hat-trick in three minutes in a five-a-side game (a hat-trick is still a hat-trick). I was also my school’s cricket captain, leading us to multiple trophy wins due to my incredible leadership skills.
