Craig has worked in recruitment for over a decade and has a well-established reputation in the Industrial and Transport sectors across Leicestershire.
Craig and Director Paul have a long-standing relationship; Craig ran Paul’s former recruitment business, boosting revenue before the company was acquired by an investment company in 2019. Having known each other for over 17 years, their most recent pairing at 365 People made perfect sense. Developing the 365 People Group in 2023 has further expanded the brands market reach including Fresh @ 365 and Engineering @ 365.

As a Director every day is different!
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
The favourite part of my role is coaching my team and supporting them. Helping them grow and progress within the business has been extremely important and rewarding.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Play and coach cricket, spend time with family, friends and god children. Walk to a pub and enjoy a nice pub lunch and a pint with the wife and the pooch. Travel – visiting new places and experience different lifestyles and cultures.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
Ability to teleport. So that I can get between our branches or client visits quicker!

I once won the Golden Glove Award in the junior equivalent of the U15’s Champions League (for Best Goalkeeper in Europe) whilst representing Leicester City Football Club.
