What do you do at 365 People?
I’m a Recruitment Consultant, and I help connect great candidates with the right job opportunities. My day involves speaking with candidates, understanding their skills and career goals, sourcing new talent, building relationships with clients and supporting the recruitment process from start to finish.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
The part I enjoy most is getting to meet different people and helping them take the next step in their careers. It’s rewarding when you match someone with a role that’s a great fit. I also enjoy learning from my colleagues and developing new skills every day.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I like staying active by going to the gym and spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy exploring new places and trying different restaurants whenever I get the chance.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
I’d choose the ability to teleport. It would make visiting new places, seeing family and friends and getting to meetings instantly much easier. Plus, I’d never have to worry about traffic!

A fun fact about me is that I’m an overthinker—I can spend longer deciding what to watch on Netflix than actually watching it!
