What do you do at 365 People?
I joined the Commercial Recruitment team, supporting businesses across the UK to find the right people for roles in office support, customer service, planning, HR, finance, sales and everything in between. I focus on building lasting partnerships, understanding what each business truly needs and, most of the time, making the magic happen.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
The buzz in the office has to be my favourite part. Everyone is constantly working towards something, the days fly by, and the atmosphere reminds me of a scene from The Wolf of Wall Street (without the chaos!). When time flies, you know you’ve had a productive day.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me walking my little dog, Maizi, who definitely thinks she’s a Husky despite being tiny! We easily do around 24,000 steps a day. I also love camping, hiking, travelling around the UK and, whenever I can, exploring somewhere new abroad. And if there’s good food involved, even better!
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
To eat as much as I want without gaining weight! It would save me countless hours in the gym and let me enjoy every meal guilt-free.
What’s a fun fact about you?
I’m quite spontaneous. Sixteen years ago I packed up and moved to the UK. Since then I’ve also spent three months working as a sports animator at a Hilton resort in Egypt and even lived in Norway for a few weeks. I love saying “yes” to new adventures
