Andrea joined our on-site operations in 2026 to help manage the resourcing, onboarding and daily activity of a substantial, regular workforce across two of the busiest sites in the 365 People network.

What do you do at 365 People?
I work as an on‑site recruiter within the industrial sector, making sure our client always has the right people in place. My focus is on building strong relationships, understanding the needs of both the workforce and the client and ensuring we deliver the best possible support every day.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
I genuinely enjoy meeting our workers, getting to know them, and being there to help whenever they need support. Every day I meet new people, hear new stories, and that human connection is what makes the job rewarding.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my kids. They keep me busy, grounded and always laughing.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
If I could choose a superpower, it would be the ability to read minds. Understanding what people really think or feel would make communication easier and help me support others even better.
Tell us a fun fact about you?
A fun fact about me is that I used to do freestyle wrestling a few years ago. It taught me discipline, resilience and mental toughness – qualities that still help me in my work and everyday life.
