Introduction:
Tom joined 365 People, fresh to the recruitment industry at the beginning of 2023; since then he has worked with a wide variety of clients and sectors on permanent and temporary placements, learning valuable skills from our experienced team and building his own client base.

What do you do at 365 People?
As part of the Commercial and Professional Services team, I focus on finding quality candidates for a wide range of roles throughout Leicestershire / the Midlands. Self-proclaimed head of moral (when Ralph isn’t in the office).
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
The working environment is a laugh a minute, the cricket chat is improving and the prospect of helping people find their next chapter is very rewarding.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Plenty of family time with my better half and two children. Play and coach cricket, avid watcher of all sports. 4/10 Golfer. Massive Foodie.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
Mind reading, so that I can understand what my two little ones want.
What is a fun fact about you?
I am an Ex Professional Cricketer for Leicestershire CCC, I once hit James Anderson for a four!
