What do you do at 365 People?
I’m the Regional Operations Manager for the West Midlands. My role is focussed on supporting the day to day Operation of our Branches, developing our Teams and Clients and helping drive growth across the region. I’ve worked in Recruitment for 12 years, so I’m really looking forward to bringing my experience in Operations, Leadership, Sales and Client Relationships into the role.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?

What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, my two girls keep me extremely busy, Competitive Dance Comps rule majority of my weekends now if it’s not practice it’s competitions all over the Country – I absolutely love supporting them and watching their confidence grow (Not so much the sass and attitude though ) When we’re not filled of dance, I love spending time with my Partner and our Cane Corso/Lab Pup Ozzy, whether we’re family nights, holidays or dates nights – We absolutely love our crazy, chaotic family and It definitely keeps us both on our toes.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
Probably the ability have Super Speed – Getting 2x grumpy kids ready in the mornings, School Runs, Dance Runs, Dog Walks (Not that I can walk him), Dinners, Lunches and the enormous heaps of washing… having everything done before anyone realises you’ve started would be incredible!
What is a fun fact about you?
When I was younger, my dream job was to become a Drama Teacher. I studied Performing Arts and Drama at university – I know, you never would have guessed that speaking to me, as I’m so reserved haha! I never imagined I’d go on to build such a successful career in Recruitment but I actually think my experience in Drama has really shaped my approach to Sales. I love building relationships, connecting with people and being confident in my approach to deliver excellence.
