What do you do at 365 People?
I’m a Commercial Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Electrical, Building Materials and Construction markets. My role involves working closely with both clients and candidates to fully understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. I manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from initial conversations through to successful placements, while building long-term relationships within the industries I work in.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
The part I enjoy most is speaking to people every day – whether that’s clients or candidates. I genuinely enjoy building relationships, having conversations and getting to know people and their goals. I like being able to help candidates progress in their careers while also supporting clients in growing their teams. No two days are ever the same, which keeps the role interesting and rewarding.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, fitness plays a huge role in my life. I take training very seriously and go to the gym six days a week, as it helps keep me disciplined, focused and motivated. Alongside fitness, I’m also heavily involved in music whenever I have the time. I write my own songs, play multiple musical instruments and DJ a range of genres including house, garage, dubstep and drum & bass.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
I’d choose teleportation. Being able to instantly get from one place to another would save a huge amount of time, whether that’s for work, training, gigs or travel and would make life a lot more efficient.
What’s a fun fact about you?
Before joining the professional world, I was a mixed martial artist, which taught me a lot about discipline, resilience and mental toughness – skills that still benefit me in my career today.
