What do you do at 365 People?
I work as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the industrial sector, helping clients find the right people for their teams while supporting jobseekers in finding opportunities that genuinely suit their skills, experience and goals. I enjoy building strong relationships and being able to make a positive difference for both clients and candidates.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
What I enjoy most is being part of such a supportive team and knowing that the work I do has a real impact. Whether it’s helping someone secure a new role or supporting a client in building a successful team, it’s rewarding to be involved in people’s career journeys and business growth.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m a big fan of live music. During the summer, you’ll usually find me at festivals, and on weekends I love going to local gigs and discovering new artists.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
Definitely reading minds, I’d love to know what people are really thinking and understand how everyone’s minds work.

A fun fact about me is that I used to compete nationally in speed skating for the Solihull team.
