CLASS 2 HGV DRIVERS – Thames
Start Date: Immediately. Shift Start Time: Multiple different start times available. Pay (paye):
· Class 2: Starting from £16.00 per hour
· LTD Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour
We’re recruiting experienced Class 2 drivers for an exciting logistics contract based in Thames, supporting high-profile transport operations within the production, staging, and events industry.
This is a long-term opportunity for drivers who take pride in professional driving, punctuality, and responsibility. The work involves interesting, non-standard assignments, ideal for those who want something beyond general haulage.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Class 2 (Cat C) Duties:
· Moving production sets and stage equipment to film, TV, or live event venues
· No loading/unloading – drivers strictly operate the vehicle
· Straightforward routes but require good spatial awareness and professionalism

REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 1 year of Class 2 HGV experience
· Valid UK licence, CPC, and Digital Tacho card
· Confidence handling large vehicles in busy or non-standard locations
· Flexibility for occasional nights out (hotels/accommodation arranged when required)
· A professional attitude and ability to represent the business to clients in the entertainment and events industry
