We are recruiting for two Assembly Operatives to join our client’s busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced production environment with a structured 4 on / 4 off shift pattern offering a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling packaging components to required specifications.
- Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Operating production and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Following all health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Working as part of a team to achieve production targets.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing and assembly experience is essential.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
