Salary: £14.00 – £14.50 per hour, DOE.
Shift pattern: Rotating
Monday – Friday
Week 1 – 06:00 – 14:00
Week 2 – 14:00 – 22:00
We are currently looking for an experienced FLT Bendi Driver to join our warehouse and logistics team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the safe movement, storage, and dispatch of materials within our busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Bendi forklift truck to move and store materials within the warehouse
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Placing stock into racking and retrieving materials as required
- Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes
- Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting any faults
- Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures
- Supporting general warehouse duties when required
Requirements
- Valid FLT Bendi forklift licence
- Previous experience operating a Bendi/Flexi truck in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Good awareness of warehouse health and safety practices
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working in a manufacturing or materials-based environment
- Additional forklift licences (Counterbalance or Reach)
- Basic IT or stock management system experience
