Looking for a skilled GRP Polisher to join a busy production team in Coventry. This temp-to-perm role is perfect for someone with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. You’ll work on a variety of composite products, ensuring they’re polished to perfection and ready for delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing: Polishing GRP components to a high standard Inspecting surfaces for quality and consistency Working with sanding, polishing, and finishing tools Maintaining a clean and safe workspace Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines
