What do you do at 365 People?
As a senior consultant, my job is to be on hand from start to finish of the recruitment process. This starts with winning clients, understanding their requirements and then matching them with the perfect candidate.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
I enjoy being involved in a fast-paced environment where you have to think on the spot and adapt quickly which makes the wins more enjoyable
What do you like to do outside of work?
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my incredible daughter. I’m also an avid supporter of Liverpool and horse race meetings. I would like to travel to at least 10 new racecourses this year.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
Time travel.. .who wouldn’t want to go into the future to see what it holds?

When playing football I always put my right boot on first but when stepping on the pitch I put my left foot first.
