Are you a confident B2B salesperson who loves being on the phone, closing deals, and seeing your numbers climb week after week?
We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Executive to join an established office-based B2B sales team. You’ll be speaking directly with business owners and senior decision-makers who’ve already shown interest via our marketing activity, guiding them through a consultative conversation and converting them into paying customers.
What you’ll be doing
· Making outbound calls to qualified business owners who have enquired through paid marketing campaigns.
· Running confident sales conversations at decision-maker level.
· Presenting the value of high-impact services and solutions in a clear, compelling way.
· Handling objections professionally and closing with urgency.
· Working towards and exceeding daily and monthly sales targets (including a target of around five new sales per day).
· Following up warm leads systematically to maximise conversion.
· Keeping the CRM fully up to date with call notes, outcomes, and next actions.
· Playing an active part in a high-performance, competitive sales floor.
· Working closely with your Sales Manager to refine scripts, improve objection handling, and boost your results.
What we’re looking for
· Proven experience in B2B telesales or inside sales.
· Confident communicator who’s comfortable talking to business owners and senior stakeholders.
· Proven closer with a track record of hitting (or beating) daily and monthly targets.
· High-energy, driven and competitive – you like seeing your name at the top of the leaderboard.
· Resilient and able to stay positive in a KPI-driven, fast-paced environment.
· Coachable and ambitious – keen to learn, improve, and move into more senior roles over time.
