What do you do at 365 People?
I’m a Senior Transport Consultant covering the East and West Midlands. My role involves recruiting drivers, supporting clients, and bringing on new business to keep our drivers busy and our clients happy.
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
I love the buzz of knowing I’ve helped someone, whether that’s finding a client urgent cover or helping a driver land their dream job. There’s nothing better than making a positive impact on someone’s business or career. I also enjoy building relationships with drivers and clients, having a good chinwag, and cracking a few jokes to brighten their day.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m usually off on an adventure which includes long walks, exploring new places and attempting to climb the next mountain.
If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
Definitely mind reading. In recruitment, clients and drivers often expect you to magically know exactly what they want and when they want it!

I can go from zero to full blown enthusiasm in 0.3 seconds.
