Introduction:
I’m a Senior Recruitment Consultant at 365 People. I deal with clients and candidates, fill temporary and permanent roles, bring in new business and look after existing accounts. Basically, I match people with the right jobs and help keep everything running smoothly or at least that’s the plan! 😂

What do you do at 365 People?
Outside of work, I’m usually with my family. I’m a big rugby mum, so most weekends are spent at rugby, and I also love getting away in the caravan whenever I can. I’ve also got a crazy cocker spaniel who keeps me busy and probably deserves her own full-time job!
What do you enjoy most about your role at 365 People?
I enjoy the people side of it the most – building relationships with clients and candidates and seeing everything come together when you get someone into the right job. I also like that every day is different and there’s always something going on. It definitely keeps me on my toes!
What do you like to do outside of work?

If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?
Definitely teleportation. I’d never have to sit in traffic again, I could get anywhere in seconds and I’d probably save a fortune on fuel. I hate being late and prefer to be early everywhere, so teleportation would be perfect!

I’m powered by Yorkshire Tea. There’s a good chance I’ll have a cup in my hand at some point during the day and if I haven’t, I’m probably not functioning properly!
